Our Home Market
Headquartered in Charlotte. Built for Charlotte.
Charlotte isn't just a market we serve — it's where we live, where we build, and where our reputation was forged. Our headquarters at 4401 Barclay Downs Dr puts us minutes from the city's most prestigious neighborhoods, giving us unmatched responsiveness and deep relationships with Charlotte's top custom home builders, architects, and interior designers.
We understand Charlotte's unique residential landscape — from the historic estates of Myers Park and Eastover requiring sensitive retrofit installations, to the pre-wired new construction in Ballantyne and Marvin that's ready for comprehensive hardwired systems.
